Dr. Gail Boyd is the visionary CEO and Founder of GB 3i Consulting, LLC.
Raised by pastors, she inherited a natural gift for empowering and uplifting others, which she skillfully channels through her expertise in teaching and leadership development. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Boyd has consistently delivered educational, motivational, and transformative professional development to diverse audiences.
Her career began in the classroom as a middle school math teacher, where she demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive student achievement. She then transitioned into a leadership role as an elementary school math coach, achieving equally impressive results. Currently, Dr. Boyd serves as an administrator and adjunct professor, continuing to shape the future of education while broadening her impact. Beyond the education sector, she has also successfully worked with non-educator groups, specializing in conflict resolution and strategies to improve organizational outcomes.
A firm believer in the power of visionary leadership, Dr. Boyd advocates that, "True leaders ignite change by setting bold visions, inspire excellence by leading with integrity, and infuse passion into every endeavor, creating a culture where people strive not just for success, but for significance." Motivated by her unwavering commitment to purpose, Dr. Boyd founded GB 3i Consulting, LLC with a clear mission: to spark meaningful change, inspire excellence, and ignite passion—fostering lasting, sustainable impacts in every organization she serves.
Dr. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Education degree in Administration and Supervision, and an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle Tennessee State University. She earned her Doctorate in K-12 Teacher Leadership from Capella University, solidifying her status as a leader in both educational and organizational development.
